Yash Sharma is a 21-year-old entrepreneur, business strategist, and Founder & CEO of Next Spera, a premium digital marketing agency helping businesses scale through website development, SEO, SEM, CGI advertising, social media marketing, influencer marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.

A graduate of St. Columbus School, Yash developed a strong interest in technology, business, and digital growth from an early age. Before founding his own ventures, he worked extensively as a digital marketing strategist, website developer, and growth consultant, gaining hands-on experience in branding, marketing systems, lead generation, and business development.

In addition to leading Next Spera, Yash is the Founder & CEO of Yash Group of Technologies, a software development company and parent organization focused on building innovative technology-driven businesses. He is also the founder of Gleam & Charm, an anti-tarnish and budget-friendly fashion accessories brand, and Ratna Aura, a premium jewellery brand focused on luxury craftsmanship, timeless design, and exceptional customer experiences.

Rohit Chauhan is a 21-year-old technology enthusiast and the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Next Spera. Passionate about innovation, digital systems, and emerging technologies, he plays a key role in shaping the technical direction of the company.

He completed his 10th and 12th education from Sarvodaya Bal Vidyalaya and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from Deshbandhu College.

With a strong interest in technology, software solutions, website systems, and digital infrastructure, Rohit focuses on building reliable, scalable, and future-ready technical foundations for Next Spera's projects and growth initiatives.

As CTO, Rohit works closely with the leadership team to ensure that innovation, efficiency, and technology remain at the core of Next Spera's vision of helping businesses innovate, elevate, and dominate digitally.
